Whereas President Bush and Attorney General Ashcroft have met the threat of domestic terror- ism with the USA PATRIOT Act;

whereas this Act has met with continued resistance by liberals, which seriously undermines the President's plans;

therefore we, the undersigned, agree to relinquish some of our constitutional rights as pro- vided in the USA PATRIOT Act, in order to support President Bush's war on terror.
